My name is Mary Rogers and for 30 of my 37 years on this earth I have been severly overweight. Ever since I was 5 years old I had been a very obese person…and yes I knew I was fat. Best Way To Lose Weight

If you are like me then you are constantly looking for the best way to lose weight.  Not only are we looking for the best way but we are also looking for the fastest way to lose weight.  I have struggled with my weight all my life.  It has been not only a physical roller coaster ride for me but a mental one.  I would start a diet and lose a few pounds, I would be all excited about it and then I would hit the brick wall and my defenses would drop and I would start to eat again.

 

I have tried the exercises that claim to burn fat quick.  I have tried practically every weight loss program out there.  I have not only wasted tons of time but money too.  I could not figure out why I found it so difficult to stay with any program or to continue on a work out program.  I just started to feel like it was hopeless.  I thought I was doomed to be this 40 something woman who was pleasantly plump.  I started to think well why should I worry about the way I look.  My husband thinks I am beautiful that is all that matters.  Wrong.  Who would have thought that a man could become so unattracted to his pleasantly plump wife.  Well it happened to me.  

 

So to make a long story short, I was a forty something pleasantly plump divorced woman.  Now what?  Part of me wanted to give up and then my mom came to visit and brought me over old photos of myself in my twenties and thirties and I looked awesome.  I decided right then and there that I was going to lose the fat for good and I was going to find a healthy weight loss program.  I decided I wanted to be healthy and I wanted to have that killer body again and yes, I wanted my ex to see exactly what he gave up.

How To Lose The Fat As Well As The Weight

I use to be one of those people that could eat and drink anything I wanted and as much of it as I wanted without gaining any weight.  This lasted until I was about twenty three and then I had my first child.  After I gave birth I was about thirty pounds overweight.  I knew I had to figure out how lose the fat and quick.  Luckily for me I started walking and I seemed to lose that baby weight quite quickly.  Another couple of years past and I was expecting my second child.  Same thing, gave birth and I was again about thirty to forty pounds overweight.  This time I noticed I had to walk quite a bit more and eat quite a bit less than I did after my first child to lose the baby fat.  But finally I was again down to my ideal body weight.

 

So now I am going on thirty and whammo I get pregnant with child number three.  I give birth and I am now fifty pounds overweight, going on thirty one years old.  I find that it is extremely hard to walk this time due to the fact that I now have three children in tow and I am a lot more tired.  I also find it hard not to eat.  I know for sure that my metabolism has slow down compared to what it use to be.  I knew I was in trouble this time.

 

I am a complete sucker when it comes to those infomercials that start with some skinny girl saying I am going to tell you how to lose the fat.  Bull.  I have bought every single exercise machine out there that claims to make you lose the fat quick.  I have even bought the machine that shocks your stomach muscles so they contract while you get to just sit on the couch and watch television.  None of this worked for me, I either found them to difficult to use or I just lost interest in doing the same repetitive things.
